Warlock Collectibles specialises in sealed MTG products (Play Booster Boxes, Collector Booster Boxes, Commander products) and other TCG/board games, sourced from authorised EU distributors.
Product availability is not guaranteed. If you order a product that becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund.
Prices may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown on your order confirmation.
Orders placed through our website are confirmed subject to availability. We send an order confirmation to your email within 24 hours.
Accepted payment methods: Payment options will be confirmed and published prior to store launch.
For orders placed via Skroutz or CardMarket, the terms of those respective platforms apply.
Courier: Shipping carrier details will be confirmed and published prior to store launch.
Estimated delivery: Delivery timeframes within Greece will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon handover to the courier.
Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from any purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

Exceptions: Sealed products that have been opened after delivery cannot be returned due to the nature of TCG sealed product (once opened, the contents are revealed and the product loses its sealed value).
Return address: Return details will be provided upon store launch and communicated at the time of any return request.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the product is defective.
All products are new and sealed unless otherwise stated. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the product or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
